Description
Welcome to 2Pac Revisited!!! In a world where celebrity & fame can distract us from real issues in our society, there are those who transcend beyond recognition. Many of those challenges deal with mental health, especially in the black & brown communities. Tupac Shakur, a revolution artist, challenged society & its people in such a way; his work continues to be reexamined, celebrated, & taught even at a higher learning level. This event is dedicated the Tupac Shakur's humanity, not to glorify his fame, but to honor him as a community leader, entrepreneur, & his love for his people. This event will be raising both awareness & fundraising for a mental health-based organization called Family Health Care. There mission states: Our mission is to empower people, build strong families and transform communities through a team of caring professionals who are rooted in faith, hope, and love.
